Get ready for the greatest Pokémon event of Latin America!
The Latin American International Championship will be held in Brazil in november. All players with a POP ID will be able to participate, and there is no minimum number of points.
The event will have TCG, GO and VGC tournaments. The Pokémon GO tournament will be held on the Master division, while TCG and VGC will have all three dividions (Junior, Senior and Master).

TCG:
For the Junior and Senior categories, the registration fee is BRL 120.00, and for the Master division, the fee is BRL 180.00 per player.
GO:
The registration fee is BRL 120.00 for the Master division.
VGC:

All competitors under 18 years old registered will also receive a spectator pass, with no additional cost, for a parent or responsible party. This spectator pass is not accompanied by any extra item.

In order to enter the event, visitors and spectators are required to obtain a spectator pass, which will be available via advance purchase.
Spectator passes are available in limited amount, so there will be only sale at the event site if they not sold out in the pre-sale.

* Players under 18 years old are entitled to a free spectator pass.
** Children with less than 6 full years do not need to purchase a spectator pass.
The spectator passes can be picked up during the entire event period.
- Thursday (11/16): 4 PM to 8 PM (BRT, UTC-3)
- Friday (11/17): 8 AM to 5 PM (BRT, UTC-3)
- Saturday (11/18): 8 AM to 5 PM (BRT, UTC-3)
- Sunday (11/19): 8:30 AM to 1 PM (BRT, UTC-3)
Notes:
- The registration is exclusive and non-transferable;
- Event goodie bags can only be collected on the day of the event, upon the attendance of the participant. If you purchase the registration and do not participate in the event, you will not receive the item later.
Refund Policy
All refund applications not related to COVID-19 must be received until 11:59 PM UTC-3 of November 14th, 2023.
After November 14th, only COVID-19 related refunds will be fulfilled. If you tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days prior to the tournament and cannot enter the location, please send an e-mail to torneios.pokemon@copag.com.br accompanied by the medical certificate in order to obtain a refund.
Refunds will be issued from November 25th onwards.
COVID-19 Protocols
All players, guests, visitants, staffs, and service providers must comply with all COVID-19 Protocol requirements developed by The Pokémon Company International.

Event partner stores
Selected partner stores will sell Pokémon products at the event.
Our partners will have a stand on days 11/17 to 11/19, during the period of the tournament.
Due to the presence of partners in the event, selling or buying cards and sealed products between players is strictly prohibited. The noncompliance with this may result in the removal of the offender from the location, in addition to penalties within the Play! Pokémon program. If the offender is responsible or is under the responsibility of any player registered in the tournament, this player can also be punished.
The event will be disputed in three different age groups – Junior, Senior and Master – in the Swiss Format, with later TOP cut according to Pokémon Organized Play guidelines. The number of Swiss rounds and players to dispute the TOP is determined by the table below:
Swiss Rounds will be disputed in the best out of three system, with time limit of 50 minutes + 3 additional rounds.
Players with 19 or more points, or the 32 best ranked – whatever is greater – are qualified to dispute the Swiss Rounds on the second day.
As for the Single Elimination, it will be disputed in the best out of three system, with limit time of 75 minutes + 3 additional rounds.
For the 2023-2024 season, the officially valid cards in the Standard Format are:
- Cards with the Regulation Mark E, F or higher

Pokémon GO (Great League)
Tournament will be disputed only in the Master division, above 18 years old.
It will be disputed in the best out of three rounds system, Double Elimination (players losing two rounds will be eliminated from the tournament), according to Pokémon Organized Play guidelines. The tournament will be disputed in the Great League.
Tournaments of 33 players or more will have two stages. First, registered players will be divided in groups. The best 2 players of each group will advance for the Final phase in order to dispute the general winner of the tournament.
The number of pools to be disputed is determined by the following table:
On November 16, players of all divisions (TCG, VG, and GO) must perform the check-in at the event. The check-in is a procedure in which the player presents the proof of payment, player ID, authorization for individuals under 18 years old and the LGPD form (if applicable to the player), image authorization, and an official identification document to ensure its participation in the tournament and the pick-up of the Event goodie bag.
Late Check-in:
If you register in the tournament, but cannot attend the check-in on Thursday, you must contact this email: torneios.pokemon@copag.com.br until Tuesday, November 14th, and include in the title “Late Check in Latin America International”. The message must include the data below:
- Your Player ID;
- Your Full Name;
- Date of birth;
The “Late Check in Latin America International” will be performed on 11/17, from 7:15 AM to 8:15 AM.
Event Goodie Bag*
Playmat, Promo Card, Cap, Pin, Deckbox, badge and lanyard;
* Limited goodie bags: distributed by order of arrival in the check-in. Players performing the late check-in by email can collect their kits in Prize Wall before the beginning of the first round on Friday or after playing their first round.

Players under 18 years old
All players under the age of 18 must submit the “Authorization for players under 18” duly completed upon check-in;
Players under the age of 14 must be accompanied by at least one legal guardian throughout the event;
Players over 14 years old must be accompanied by at least one legal guardian or a representative (whose age is over 18) designated by them, with the document “Authorization for legal guardians – over 14 years” duly completed and must stay in the venue throughout the whole event period;
Players who are not with their legal escort during the tournament will be removed from the tournament.
All players under 18 years old must also present the signed form related to the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
The awards will be given to the best players placed in the categories. In order to be eligible for the awards, players must have an active account on the Pokémon’s website with a linked Player ID, and have choose to participate in and receive awards from Play! Pokémon program.
The award values disclosed by Pokémon Company also apply to the tournaments held in Brazil, where they will be converted and paid in local currency (Brazilian Real- BRL), with deduction of taxes, according to the Brazilian laws. The exchange rate used for conversion will be the one from November 25.
TCG
The awards will correspond to the amount in Brazilian Reais equivalent to those values indicated in the table above – in the three age categories.
Additionally, the top 64 best players in each division – regardless of the total number of players – will receive:
• 1st to 8th place: 12 'Paradox Rift' Booster Boxes in Brazillian portuguese;
• 9th to 16th place: 8 'Paradox Rift' Booster Boxes in Brazillian portuguese;
• 17th to 32nd place: 4 'Paradox Rift' Booster Boxes in Brazillian portuguese;
• 33rd to 64th place: 2 'Paradox Rift' Booster Boxes in Brazillian portuguese;
GO
The award will correspond to the amount in Brazilian Reais equivalent to the table above.
Additionally, the 16 best players – regardless of the total amount of players – will receive:
• 1st to 4th place: 4 'Paradox Rift' Booster Boxes in Brazillian portuguese;
• T5: 2 'Paradox Rift' Booster Boxes in Brazillian portuguese;
• T7: 2 'Paradox Rift' Booster Boxes in Brazillian portuguese;
• T9: 1 'Paradox Rift' Booster Boxes in Brazillian portuguese;
• T13: 1 'Paradox Rift' Booster Boxes in Brazillian portuguese;
VGC
The award will correspond to the amount in Brazilian Reais equivalent to the table above – in the three age categories.
Additionally, the top 64 players in each division – regardless of the total number of players – will receive:

• 5th to 8th place: 2 'Paradox Rift' Booster Boxes in Brazillian portuguese;

Brazilians:
Payments in cash will be made available in the digital wallet MOBOX. Required data will be collected through a form that must be completed on the day of the tournament. After the completion of the form, no further action by the awarded player will be required. When the amounts are made available in the account, the player will be notified by email and SMS.
Players under 18 years old will receive the amounts in a digital account in the name of a guardian above 18 years old.
Attention: The data above are the responsibility of the winner and will be used for the award payment within the maximum term of thirty (30) days. Copag assumes no responsibility for any incorrect information that may prevent the award payment.

The winner loses the right to receive his prize if payment is not claimed within 90 (ninety) days, counting from the end of the event. The amounts of unclaimed prizes will be allocated to Federal Government social programs.
Foreigners:
To receive the award in cash, the player must submit the following information on the forms presented during prize booster pick-up:
• Full name
• Passport number
• Phone number
• Birth date
• E-mail
• Address
• Bank account details
• Swift number
• Bank address
• Bank name.
All data must be from the player if is over 18 years old. Players under 18 years of age must fill in the payment details with the information of a legal guardian over 18 years of age.
Attention: The data collected below is the responsibility of the winner and will be used to pay the prize within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days. Copag is not responsible for incorrect information that makes it impossible to pay the prize.

Decklists must be submitted through the RK9 platform. Its creation must also be made within the platform. After creating a list in the Standard format, simply chose the event Latin America International Championship and send the list until November 17th, 8 AM (BRT, UTC-3).
