Cancellation Policy

You may request a cancellation within 7 calendar days after purchasing the badge, counting from the purchase date. This must be done directly through the Sympla platform, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the event.

Underage Competitors

From 9 to 17 years old:
To compete in the Main Event, purchasing a competitor badge is mandatory.
The legal guardian must complete the additional registration information.

Attention!

1) All players under 18 years old must bring an authorization form properly completed and signed by their parents or legal guardians. Click here to download the authorization form

2) Players under 14 years old must be accompanied by at least one parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative.

Visitors

• Under 9 years old: Free pass while accompanied by a paying legal guardian. Registration on the platform is not required. A document must be presented during check-in for validation and identification delivery.

• 9 years old and above: A valid badge (competitor or visitor) is required, following the registration process on Sympla and the standard fee..

General Policies

• Registration is validated through CPF/PASSPORT and the email registered on Play Hub. Registrations may be canceled in case of duplicate information.
• A Competitor or Visitor badge is required to access the event (for attendees aged 9 and above).
• To participate in Side Events, a valid Competitor or Visitor badge is required (for attendees aged 9 and above). Side Event tournament tickets will be sold separately.

Personal Items Policy

For your safety and the safety of all participants, some items are prohibited at the event. Please be aware that inspections will take place.

ATTENTION: Luggage and travel suitcases are not allowed inside the venue. Any similar items are subject to inspection by the event organization team.

Lorena Piloreta / Ilustradora

Lorena Piloreta is a freelance illustrator, concept artist and art director from Brazil, currently based in São Paulo.

She has joined Ravensburger as a commissioned artist for Disney Lorcana TCG, beginning with the set Wilds Unknown. Lorena is currently featured in Wilds Unknown with the Gaetan Moliere - Clever Burrower card.

When she is not drawing, she enjoys learning about 3D and how to use it in interesting ways in her personal design projects! Also, taking long walks to her favorite coffee shop and looking at plants are one of her top priorities in her free time

Card Trading

A dedicated space for collectors who love trading cards! Please remember that selling is prohibited anywhere within the event venue. Only official stores are allowed to sell cards.

All card trades must be conducted fairly and transparently. The event organization may intervene in cases of inappropriate conduct.

Food Court

Enjoy the food area with quick and tasty meals without needing to leave the event venue! 

Attention: Only factory-sealed industrialized food products in their original packaging are allowed inside the venue. Sealed beverages are also permitted.

The following items will not be allowed:
• Homemade or prepared foods
• Open or unsealed products

The event organization reserves the right to inspect items at the venue entrance in order to ensure safety, hygiene, and the proper operation of the event.

Cosplay Contest Rules

Cosplay Contest Rules (Walk-On Showcase + Audience Applause Voting)

1. Contest Format 

The contest will be held as a walk-on showcase, with no performance or skit. Each participant will have a short amount of time (15 to 30 seconds) to walk across the stage and display their cosplay.

The use of theatrical performances, spoken dialogue, or elaborate actions will not be permitted.

2. Judging Criteria 

Judging will be based exclusively on the audience's reaction, measured by the applause each participant receives at the end of their stage walk. The event organizers will determine the intensity of the applause during the contest.

In the event of a close result, a second round of applause voting may be held among the finalists.


3. Suggested Evaluation Criteria (for Audience Guidance) 

Although the winner will be determined by audience applause, spectators will be encouraged to consider the following:

• Character accuracy
• Costume quality
• Creativity (for adapted designs)
• Overall visual impact
 

4. Participation Rules 

Each participant must walk individually (or as a group, if a group category is available).

All cosplay costumes must be suitable for a family-friendly environment.

The following are not permitted:

• Dangerous or sharp objects
• Liquids, fire, or special effects
• Items that may stain or damage the stage


5. Stage Organization 

The presentation order will be determined by the event organizers based on registration. Participants must be ready backstage when called. Failure to appear when called may result in disqualification


6. Voting and Results 

After all participants have completed their stage walk, the organizers may choose one of the following formats:

• Direct selection based on the level of audience applause, or
• A final round featuring the most applauded participants

The participant who receives the loudest applause will be declared the winner. The decision of the event organizers is final and cannot be appealed.


7. Categories

The contest will be divided into the following categories: Children's (ages 0-12) and Adults (ages 12+). 
 

8. Conduct

All participants and audience members are expected to treat each other with respect. Any inappropriate behavior may result in disqualification.


9. Image Rights 

By participating, each cosplayer grants permission for their image to be photographed and used in the promotion and publicity of the event.
